Serves 4

Ingredients:

• ¼ Cup molasses
• ¼ Teaspoon hot sauce
• 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2 Tablespoon orange juice
• 2 Tablespoons Worchester sauce
• 2 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 4 Boneless chicken breast

Directions:

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Dip the chicken breast into the mixture and place in crock pot. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours (or on high for 3-5 hours).
