Gluten Free Oatmeal Bites

Ingredients: 1 cup gluten free oats ½ cup of peanut, cashew or almond butter 2-3T honey 1/4 cup almonds 1/3 cup walnuts ½ cup dark chocolate chips  Directions: 1.  In a small or medium sized mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal and peanut butter. Once that is combined, add in the honey. 2.  Chop the almonds and walnuts. Add them to the oatmeal mixture and combine, then add the chocolate chips. Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer. Pan Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients: 16oz Service Foods cauliflower2 eggs1 cup gluten free flour2/3 cup toasted panko gluten free bread crumbs¼  teaspoon paprikasaltpeppersafflower oil toasted sesame seedshoneyhot sauce Directions: 1.  Slice thawed or fresh cauliflower in half creating a flat surface, so it will cook evenly in the pan.2.  Set the slices (and any leftover trimmed pieces)--don't crowd the pan, this step might need to be done in stages-- in a large (10 to 12 inch)

Asian Sesame Grilled Chicken

Ingredients: 4 thawed Service Foods boneless skinless chicken breasts ½ c fresh ginger, grated 1/8 c + 1 Tbs. raw honey 1 c all natural roasted vegetable stock ¾ c low sodium soy sauce ¾ c rice vinegar 1½ Tbs. toasted sesame oil  Directions: 1.  Heat saucepot with olive oil. 2.  Add ginger, honey with a little veg. stock to soften ginger. 3.  Stir in remaining ingredients. 4.  Strain and set aside. 5.  Put 4 thawed Service Foods chicken breasts in glass dish or bowl pour marinade

Ingredients: ½ cup sliced almonds ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup agave nectar 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped ½ tsp. baking soda ¼ tsp. salt ½ cup packed pitted dates ¼ cup almond milk 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. vanilla 2 large eggs  Directions: 1.  Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
