Balsamic Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Heat up your grill this spring or summer and prepare a tender and tasty main course. Just add your favorite healthy sides to complete your feast!  

Balsamic Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Serving Size: 1/4 lb


4-5 garlic cloves, finely minced 
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1  teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1 lb. pork tenderloins 


Stir together garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the paste all over pork.

Heat grill to medium. Place tenderloins on grates and cook for about 30 minutes, rotating every 10 minutes, until the internal temperature is 160 degrees. Let them rest before slicing.
